I have a set of SLP Loudmouths that I had on my car for about 30k miles. They are still in great condition and the tips look good. I will clean them up and polish the tips before I ship out. These babies are loud and have the mean muscle car sound we all love.

I am interested in a set of these myself. Can you tell me honestly if you hear a drone inside the car at highway speeds?

Uploaded some pics. This is pre clean and polishing. I will try to get to cleaning them tonight.
@Paul: Honestly I did for a small power band (1800rpm - 2000rpm or so). I can't remember what that translated to in mph (stock gears), but I want to say somewhere between 60 and 65 mph. If you went closer to 70 (68mph or so), you won't hear it. If you go closer to 55 (58mph), you wont hear it. I can't be sure. It was there but it wasn't bad, and just going 2-3 mph faster or slower and it went away.
I was fine with it for almost 4 years, only reason I swapped them out was because I just felt like a change, and going a little quieter. I think my GF was glad that I did.

I got them in July of '07 and put about 30k miles on them. I purchased them from another member on here who put 1500 miles on them. So they've had about 32k on them total. A bit dirty, but i'll clean them before I ship out. There is some surface rusting on the tubes and the bolts, but the tips look good still and should shine up nice.
But do keep in mind that they are 4 years old and have 32k miles on them, there will be some minor scuffs and whatnot, but I am asking over $200 less than new ($339). When they are on your car, you won't be able to tell they are used (unless you climb under it), and they have plenty of life still.
