How dark are the smoked tails? Can you still see a lot of light out of them (night time, and day)? Ever had trouble from law enforcement on their darkness?

I might be interested, but I just need to make sure local PD won't give me a hard time lol.

I honestly didn't have them in very long before I traded the 06 in, but I never had any issues. They are very dark but you can easily see the brake lights through them. Supposedly the way they are painted allows light to shine through better than most smoked lights. I gave $225 for them, but that was before I scuffed the one side up :-(
I had thought about maybe installing LED's to make them show through even more but it probably isn't needed. So I guess that's my really long answer for...I'm not sure, LOL.

I might be interested in the front and rear speakers. I assume they are better than what come on the V6? Also would the 3.55 gears work? I have a 2012 V6. Since yours is the GT500 I thought to just ask. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure they put the same junk speakers in all them. I replaced mine with Polk Audio MM571 speakers and they were a nice upgrade. The gears should fit any 8.8" rearend as far as I know.
