Roush Cold Air Intake (10-14 GT) Used and in great shape. The filter has a few minor dings in the mesh as you can see in the 2nd picture. No punctures to metal mesh! Overall, it's in great shape.

Does not require a tune and I was told by three Ford dealers it will not void your warranty.
