used on my 02 gt, but I sold it. $200 plus shipping OBO . Has 2 tunes on it for bolt ons. I reinstalled stock tune on my mustang before getting rid of it so everything is good to go.

So is this "unlocked"? All I would need to do is purchase tunes for it, and I can use it on my car? Or will I need to pay SCT to have it unlocked?

it should be unlocked once you reinstall the stock tune back on a mustang I believe. I reinstalled the stock tune back on my mustang so it should be good to go. Comes with tunes on it from SCT that you could use, and it has some minor tunes for my 2002 gt , but it was only throttle bottle, plenium, cold air, 4.10s, and no cats which you can go in and adjust.
