This is a very difficult to find steering wheel for a 68 mustang. The ring has a couple of cracks. The horn ring is broken. Included is a new center section. It would need to be restored. But is in okay condition compared to some others I have seen. I have seen where they can restore them to look like new.
Must be able to pick up in Champaign or Mahomet, IL
