Default Mustang mechanic in the 'Burgh?

Hi, I'm a new Mustang owner (2011 V6) using my car to do some weekend high performance driving at Mid-Ohio and other local tracks. The car is doing great!!! But looking ahead to next season (or next month), I'm starting to consider two modifications -- something to make heel-toe easier (adjusting brake pedal to narrow distance between brake & throttle)??? and removing the speed limiter (way too easy to hit that 113 way too early in the straights ... I'm leaving seconds "on the table") ... anyone have a suggestion about either mod?? and/or know a good shop in the Pittsburgh area (come on, you Philly folks, you can still help us Westerners, can't you)???? Thanks much. And first time on a forum ... yikes
