AmericanMuscle seeking full-time Forums Representative
AmericanMuscle.com is looking to fill a full-time position at our Malvern, PA headquarters. This position will represent AmericanMuscle on our mustang enthusiast forums by chatting with Mustang owners, answering questions about AM or Mustangs, sharing discount codes and promotions and replying through private messages. The successful candidate will be a Mustang enthusiast and incredibly knowledgeable about the Mustang aftermarket; will have awesome communication skills (both written and oral); strong forum experience; and deliver exceptional customer service.
Duties:
• Maintains a prominent presence in all enthusiast Mustang forums through answering questions, private messages and talking about Mustangs.
• Find, identify and answer general questions regarding or involving AmericanMuscle and our products daily.
• Provide product information, advice, ETAs and pricing in threads found to be an opportunity for participation.
• Notifies Social Media Manager of trends or problems encountered.
• Finds and responds to AmericanMuscle Blog comments.
• Finds and responds to AmericanMuscle Facebook comments.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (just know Mustangs and customer service!)
• One year in related field. Existing familiarity with Mustang forums preferred. Customer Service experience preferred
• Must have or have the ability to acquire automotive knowledge with a preferred intermediate to expert level in Mustangs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills

I have received many questions about whether or not this position can be done from home. This position is a full-time position based out of our headquarters in Malvern, PA. It would require you to be on-location at least 40 hours / week.
