I know its kind of late, but just found out that tomorrow, 3/4 NJ Stangers is holding a mustang meet at Chickies and Petes in Bordentown:

Weather is supposed to be great, 50 and sunny

I plan on going, and as of now it looks like on their site they have about 50-60 mustangs confirmed. I went two years ago and its pretty cool, pretty much check out each others rides, grab some wings and beers.
