Default 1 5/8 vs 2 1/2 ??? Yes its sad lol

alright dont make fun of me but my exhaust that is on my car right now is like only about 1 5/8 or 2 " something really restrictive and I would just like to know if anyone could tell me any power increases I would have. Well lets put it this way... lets say the motor below made that power with full 3" exhaust "which it did" , how much power would be sucked up by going to 3" headers, into 1 5/8 all the way back ?

no need for a dual 3 inch setup
dual 2.5 or single 3 is the way to go when your under 450
