Default boost + juice

anybody have juice and boost. I have a vortec and I'm thinkin bout a shot of nos. just enough to have a little fun with. whats involved with both going. what are the pros and cons. whats a good juice setup for the buck.

you can run nitrous and boost but dont get greedy run like a 50 shot but make sure your running high octane like 105.

and edit your post it says nos which is actually a company [N.O.S] i know you meant nitrous but ppl look like fools when they type nos instead of nitrous

Agree, "NOS" is ricers lingo.........say nitrous....

fine NITROUS! now can someone tell me whats up? I wasnt planning on running much, but I wanted to ask you guys if you know what is involved. and a good kit. I was told that nx is good. what do you think.

i would run a mix of 93 and 105 when you spray it just to be safe

I can get NX KITS.....93 is all you need. I going to nitrous with my supercharger mostly for a cooling affect instead of a intercooler

You can definitely run both. The pros, like vfast said is an intake charge cooling effect and of course more power. However, when running juice it is going to mimic cylinder pressures similar to more boost. So if your internals are up to the job you'll be fine. Also, your going to need to retard more timing when spraying. Therefore, you'll need a timing controller device that can pull out more timing when spraying. I believe MSD has one that will do just that.
