Well, I have been thinking about trying nitrous for awhile, I am just trying to figure out how big of a shot I can use. I currently have a 2002 mustang. I have the money to do some upgrades and I am just looking for some advice. And help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

On a stock bottom end, you can get away with 100 shot with a good tune easily. 125 is pushing it.

do some research on the forums man. after thats been exhausted, come back with any questions you have. 75, 100, or even 125 with a good tune and proper equipment would probably be fine. most people say not over a hundred...but i know of at least 1 person on the forums (Code3GT) who ran a 125 shot for a long time with no problems. from what ive heard...just dont get greedy and bump it up to a 175 shot . but get all the accessories and a good tune if you get it. and id stay at 100 tops. better safe than sorry.

that was actually a 125 with a number of 150 shots just fine. that 175 is what killed him.
