Which one helps more on the low-end? Turbo or Supercharger?

roots style supercharger. Kenne Bell Blowzilla twin screw is better than a vortec or paxton for low end.

Turbo.

Most blowers you see now-a-days are centrifugals. These are basically turbos, minus the exhaust side and replaced with a belt (in fact, when first introduced, they were known as beltless superchargers).

You can realize full boost in under 3k RPM, and keep full boost with turbos. With a super, you won't always be at full boost (not to mention that it requires more power off the motor *parasitic* to drive the supercharger than a turbo...which means turbo makes mo powa).

Can you have a supercharger and nitrous (the Noszle kit for a 02GT mustang 2V) at the same time?
