4 engines and the same amount of transmissions, these are my own not counting helping friends. almost every mod made to my car was done myself.I wish I had time for more but two kids and other things going on leaves limited time and funds.

Churk13, people choose Vortech because they are cheaper? What kind of garbage is that? Their kits can range from $2k to over $5K. Just like Prochargers. I chose Vortech because every review I read was very positive. Also the dyno tests I've read have shown S and T trims beating other mfg's. Not by 60hp at the rear wheels as you claim with ATI. Come on... You don't gain that with a blower change. Get real. As I've posted in other threads my car ran 12.80 at 109mph. Full weight GT AOD convertible. Stock cam, heads with a Vortech at 9/10psi. And by the way, I did use a ZEX nitrous kit before the blower. Not because it was cheaper but because I wanted to go faster. Someday you'll learn that buying parts that work is more important than buying parts because they look cool in the ads. ATI's got you hook, line and sinker.

Sean, the P1SC Procharger will no doubt make you good HP. Like I said earlier, any of the blowers are good. I just don't like outlandish claims of big power with an intercooler. It just won't be there. People I've talked to (with racing experience) agree it's more of a gimick to sell their products. Turbo's use intercooler's because the turbine is spun via 1000+degree exhaust. That tends to heat the intake charge just a bit. Centrifugals don't work like that. They are also way more efficient than roots style blowers at high psi. The rotors beat up the air heating it up. Just do your research and chose the combination that works best for your set up. Any of them you chose will be a blast to drive.

What looks cool about a procharger ad?!!!!!!!!I also said the people I know gainedhp by changing to procharger with intercooler. Not just changing the blower. The bottom line is buy what you want they are all going to give you a fun ride I guess. In my opinion pro-charger makes a good kit for a mustang. Have fun selecting a kit for your car, and if you think about it 900$ doesn't goa long way on a car anyway you look at it. If you think an intercooler is junk I guess don't buy one.I run a 11.86 at 116mph in my 96 cobra at 10 lbs, still can't launch that hard traction problems.

My friend has a turbo on a on a SS and he can only run 5lbs of boost why is that? Is it his waste gate you think?
