the block will be reinforced. and the guts are going to be a 4.6 forged stroker crank, forged rods, and wiseco 8.5:1 pistons w/.030 overbore. it will handle 14 PSI. i know i've seen it done.

if i make it a v8 it will still be just a v8. and i would have to report it to insurance. that would cost $100 more per month. if i have a built v6 no one will think it might one day run low 11s. and i don't want a v8 anyways, my second car was a 1990 GT, that ****er was fast.

in georgia you have to report engine swaps on emissions controlled vehicles. as soon as i got my emissions tested it would be reported to insurance. it sucks

because they did it with my 83 corolla. stock it had a 1.6 liter pushrod four banger, i put a 2jzgte twin turbo in it and they called my insurance and the pigs. it pissed me off. they were charging me insurance for the 96 supra that the engine came out of.
