We have this really awesome cool front come through Louisiana so it was 59 degrees this morning. On the way to work I got aggrivated (stupid people driving in the left lane, alongside 18-wheelers, refusing to pass) so I downshifted into third at around 55 and punched it to pass the 18-wheeler on the right. (yes, i know... crazy...) I got a nice long chirp from the right rear tire... I was impressed...

its always fun to fly past the shadow of a monster 18 wheeler, just be careful not to spin out or youre toast...

yeah, the first time you kick it at 55mph and spin it around, you are toast. LOL

hehe, by the way, I chirp 3rd 2/3 throttle even with drag radials, so I imagin you should be able to smoke em hard at will (if you have gears)

Everyone talks about what a huge difference gears make... I guess I should try them next... With all the low end torque I wonder which ratio I should choose...?

I might talk a lot and give advise about some things, but I'm really new to the Mustang scene. I've had mine almost a year now and it's my first 'stang. I love my car and I plan on keeping it a long time... just because it's MINE.... [sm=smiley27.gif]

I don't personally know how much more TQ K.B. makes than the stock Eaton on the 03-04's, but the stock 3:55's I have are fine for me.
