I have a '96 gt and looking into the flowmaster catbacks. Now, I'm wondering whether to go with the American Thunder setup or the Force II's? I'm mainly looking into the flowmasters for the tone, not so much a performance mod, though any extra HP's I can grab would be a definite plus. It seems everyone's going with the American Thunders's, but I'm slightly concerned that they may just be too freakin' loud? I mean, how loud are they, both interior and exterior levels?

I have the american thunder set up on my 98gt and it sounds great. It's really not that loud inside the car. At wide open throttle it roars and if you're on the outside it's pretty loud. Don't worry about it being too loud.

i have flow 30s and it is not that loud inside the car. who cares if the guy behind you can hear himself think.

I really wouldn't worry about the flows being to loud! I got the flowmaster 40's and was actually quite dissapointed with how quiet they are!

40 AND 50 ARE PRETTY QUITE SHOULD GO WITH A 30 IF YOU LIKE FLOWS
