Pro Chamber on The Mach 1
Hey all, I was just wondering you're thoughts on the Mac Prochamber are. I am in a collge town, but have no need to run a catted mid pipe, but the cops are everywhere so it cant be extremely loud in the city. I heard they give some good gains and have found them for around 200 bucks. If you could tell me some personal feedback on this product, that would be great. Thanks

It made mine a little louder...my only complaint is that the chamber where the exhaust from both sides merge is fairly large so I have to be careful on where I drive so not to drag. Other than that I like it.

Ive got longtubes with the prochamber and Im happy, my only complaint is I wish it were louder... its not much louder than a stock h-pipe... my buddy has flowmasters + offroad h-pipe and I've got longtubes, offroad prochamber, flowmasters and cams and his shizz is still louder than mine....

The pro chamber is a LOT louder than that awful 2 inch 4 cat mid pipe Ford put on, you will love it, I think we get used to it after a while especially at the track my car seems quiet , but in the neighborhood it is LOUD!

So you think it would sound pretty good? I would go with an off road mid but I defiently have to watch the noise level. And the catted mids are just to expesive for me now, so the pro chamber seemed like a good compromise.

Hey when i got my car dyno tuned there was an 04 mach 1 there also. He put the procahmber and mac catback it sounded good. He also put a CAI on it but ill try to find out which one but he had it tuned with a diablosport chip and put down 298rwhp im not sure of the torque but he was very happy with it.
