I'll just say, the FIRST thing I noticed from switching from Flowmaster 40's to Magnapacks
As soon as I pulled out of the muffler shop.
I said to myself

"Wow, these sound deep"
Then when you STEP on it...
WOT is just an insanley great tone.

Not to mention the Cackle
I sound like a damn harley when I let off of the gas when in High rpms

ok, ok,ok. So im im getting flowmasters... who's X or H pipe would be better with flowmasters and why?

You should go with the h-pipe....you won't be dissapointed. The X with flows will sound higher pitched (kinda raspy), but will give you a couple more horses than the H. You will feel the h-pipe gains down low when you punch it (torque). The X-pipe's gains are more spread out through the band.

what x-pipes would be good with magnapacks on a 03-04 cobra? i heard a clip with magnaflows and a pochamber h-pipe and it sounded really nice to me heres the link http://www.mustangexhaust.com/sounds...ockheaders.mp3 and i also heard another good one too, it was a 01 gt with packs and the pipe was a h-pipe http://www.mustangexhaust.com/sounds...hmbr,stock.mp3 . the only good x-pipe i found was this one on a 00 gt http://www.mustangexhaust.com/sounds...cats,stock.mp3 i couldn't really hear the other x-piped ones too well because the recording was kinda jack'd on em. i would like x-pipes tho because MDvaldosta and JDaniel said they are a lot better compared to the H so i just put the h-pipes on there cause they sound pretty sick. but back to my question what x-pipes would be good with magnapacks on a 03-04 cobra? and also if you know what would be some good headers? thanks guys

Any mid-pipe will sound awesome with Magnapacks, expect it to be LOUD. They sound really neat inside your car, they sound completely different outside than they do in your interior. The first time I had someone drive it while I stood outside, OMG, I had no idea my car sounded like that and it made me pop a woody, you could hear it so far away it was ridiculous. The pop and bang you get downshifting is great. They sound really deep and 'gurgly' just casually driving around. I sold mine to a friend with a 99GT 'Vert, everytime I hear him drive by I nearly faint and hate myself for succumbing to MA law and taking them off my car...lol

Magnapacks have a really awesome & deep cruise sound, like OB said..once you go WOT you'll be drooling in your own lap.

aw nice thanks Dan02GT that hit the nail right on the head, any midpipes you recommend tho? oh even better news, get this my step bro works at hansel-toyota its like a dealership and hes been there for 5 years. well the thing is theirs a hansel ford also and he said he can order me the cobra i want and have it brought in because it's all one dealer because of the "hansel"! PLUS i get it for his price too!!! i almost bought this yellow cobra on the spot for 20k! with 35k miles i was like omg. they were selling it for 25k originally. so im goin there tomorrow to check out all the 03-04 cobras and hopefully make a selection.
