You can easily, easily get away with a 100 shot. If you set your engine up right to run the juice you shouldn't have any problems. I've seen many guys with 150k miles or more that run 100 or more and break their trannys more than anything else. Detonation is a big killer of motors. Run a safe set up and let the juice loose.

A 150 shot is about the max limit i'd run on a stock motor. I'll stress it again, having the pills right and doing the proper changes to your eninge (plugs, timing, gas) is the key to not having any problems. Start out with a 100 then as you get comfortable go up a little bit. Just keep an eye on those plugs and keep your maintence up.

it would help to have a msd with rev control and with the retard on it...these as a nice investment..

Yea i'd go with the msd if you can afford to get it, but don't think that you need it to run effectively.
