Question about Supercharger with high Compression
I have a Vortech T-Trim supercharger and I think the smallest pulley I can get is 12lb pulley. My question is how would I be able to run my supercharger with 10.5:1 compression? What mods would I need to do to be able to run it?

RE: Question about Supercharger with high Compression
Just go with 5 or 6 lbs of boost with that much compression. You'll gain as much hp as a9.0 compression motor with 10 or 12 lbs of boost. Superchargers on ls1 engines only run 6 psi and produce a ton of power because the compression is so high.

RE: Question about Supercharger with high Compression
You can get a 3.8 upper pulley to slow it down, or put the car on E85, and turn it loose. Mine is 10.0-1 and will be running 15 psi on a YSi using E85.

everything. the higher the compression and the moreboost you run, the lower the level of timing you have to run to keep it from pinging
