if you want to mount the iat sensor in the intake before the supercharger you can just get one for a 99/00 mustang. Theyre basically all the same. But if you want to mount the sensor in the boost pipe youll need to find a threaded iat sensor. I forgot the part number. I believe you can go to autozone and get the same thing that crosses to a early model ford ranger. If it has the same type of plug for the wiring itll work

Default SMOG?

Guys, the $1500 kit sounds great, but what about smog? When you buy a Vortech kit, California says it is legal...I want to make sure you can still get the car Bar'ed in Cali with a pieced together setup..anyone have experience with this?

thanks and yes that should be all you need to get a baseline tune. If you dont already have a tuning device like a handheld or a chip, youll need one. You may end up needing a larger fuel pump, but its not for sure. Every car is different and some can get away with the stock fuel pumpt

Will vortech air assemblies and discarge assem. work on a paxton 2000? I can get a paxton 2000 with bracket for cheap.

really am not positive but i think it may work. The intake will work for sure, but the discharge pipe is the question. the paxton blower physically sits the same distance away from the timing cover as the vortech blowers do. But the novi 2000 may have a bit thicker case which would set the compressor housing out a tad further than the vortechs. That means it wouldnt line up exactly right with the discharge pipe. But im not for sure on that. Even if that were the case you might be able to get a couple different sized rubber couplers to make it work
