I'd say start around 250. But you might won't to go with a dual stage setup. Go with a plate system for off the line and then use a direct port shot to really get the car moving. This help put lots of power to the ground without blowing the tires right off the line. Theres a lot of other stuff you'll need; fuel pumps, timing retard, and when you get into using bigger shots, you'll go through the juice alot faster. So, maybe two bottles to keep the party going.
