magnaflow = best power producing muffler, but quite... not any louder than stock at idle, but deeper
flowmaster = not much of a performance muffler, but very deep and very loud
magnapack = good power, very very loud but not all that deep
when people say magnaflow is better performing than flowmasters, is that a major diff, or just a few hp...
also, does that difference get more pronounced as you push more power? ie a GT vs a cobra, or a v6 vs a GT.

Deanno...

You're seriously an idiot... Don't preach what you don't know. I had a magnaflow catback w/ a stock mid-pipe at one point and it sounded like Michael Jackson farting.... Just deeper than stock, that's it. You know nothing of noise. GOD DAMNIT SOME PEOPLE...

LMII's are awesome... Best sound around in my opinion.

lol I think I wanna put magnaflows on, I think I heard a 5.0 with them on, because it was REALLY deep when he nailed it, and at the time I couldnt figure out what it was, I may have to change my borlas for them, haha.

I got my Magnapacks the first week I had my car. They sound great if you want to stick out.

Now that I'm making lots more power, I'm considering switching to Magnaflow. I've gotten over the thrill of setting off car alarms all the time... no I haven't, but I need to attract LESS attention now.

Well if you're downgrading because you don't want to be noticed.
Why not go for a muffler setup that's like on the Crown Vic's and Grand Marquis
Yeah you'll lose a couple ponies but you can sneak up on anyone
