*rolls eyes*
it may blow 215mph of air, but that's immediately after the nozzle. The 215 mph is extremely small volume and high speed......your motor needs volume to work correctly.
And Jug, go choke on a **** and learn something, you might stop looking like such an idiot if you did.

Ok guys I hate to admit it but I have actually tried this. It was my brother's idea. I have a 96 Geo Metro that I drive to work and back to save gas. Here's what we did to it.......... We took a leaf blower and put it in the passenger seat. We went to Wal-mart and got some of that tubing that goes between your clothes drier and the vent to the outside. We attached the tubing to the end of the leaf blower with a hose clamp. The Geo has one of those old style round filters on top of the motor. We removed the filter and then hose clamped the other end of the hose to the intake tube. As you can imagine this hose is about 5" in diamater so the hood wouldn't shut. We tied the hood down with a shoe lace but it was still sticking up a good 6" in the front. So we had the hose running from under the hood into the passenger side window where I was holding the leaf blower while my brother drove. He stomped the gas and we headed around the block as people stared at us like we were crazy. Sadly, I don't think it made any difference although my brother insisted he could "feel it". So there it is..... It won't work. But that's ok cuz I still got my 93 blown LX.

That tubing is gonna stretch and there is no way you can build pressure with it. The idea would be to use pvc pipe or metal tubing, and keep the length of pipe as short as possible. If a leaf blower can build enough boost to blow the front of it up, it should be able to build a few lbs of boost I think. Ima find a cheap car and try it first chance I get. Ill just take one of my repo's and flog it.<edited><editID>mdvaldosta</editID><editDate>37898.6390393519</editDate></edited>

yeah + it really needs to be in the engine compartment, and as close as it canbe to the engine.</P>

Edit_-- can't get the hood down? Who needs a hood??? Unless it's raining why would you need a hood? just to see if it works, then find some way to fix it lol. Would that mess something up?</P>
Try at your own risk.</P><edited><editID>Redline5th</editID><editDate>37898.6731828704</editDate></edited>
