alright i installed my bbk off road x pipe with mils going down into 2 super 40 series flowmasters with turndowns..i tightend every bolt down with an impact gun and checked by hand to make sure they were tight..whenever i crank it up there is this extremly loud rattle sounding noise whenever i accel and deccel..i check every bolt and they are all tight..it sounds like its coming from either the pipe or the mufflers..everything is brand new..is this part of some kinda break in period or any other sugestions?..its really starting to annoy me pretty bad...thanks

Check your Mils again. Mine come loose and I had the same rattle. I thought it was a leak but it was definetly the passanger mil.

yeah the mufflers are new..i took the flowmasters off and i couldnt hear the rattle anymore but of course i was just running open header down to the x pipe so it was pretty loud..im guessing its the flows..i really liked the was it sounded with just the stock manifolds and the off road x pipe but i was just too loud...any way of making it sound like that but just enough where i wont get a headache if i drive it for a few hours?

its probaly the mufflers since there brand new. Or it could be the MIL. if it isnt the MIL than most likely it is your mufflers
