I just finished putting the vortech blower back on my 5.0 last night and realized when i went to put the belts on that the blower wasnt straight with the rest of the pulleys. The only reason I took everything apart was to put a new alternator in. Could it be the alternator is bigger than the old one and pushing the plate out? I dont see how it could be possible because the main plate is half inch steel but its the only thing i can think of. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
