Magnaflow magnapack vs Pypes violator

Magnaflow magnapack vs Pypes violator
Has anyone tried or heard one or the other? It's really down to these two as for the ones I want. I want the typical American Muscle sound for my car, mean and no burbling.
The main difference for me so far is that the Pypes is around $350 and the Magnaflow is around $470.
Also, do you think I would get pulled over for this exhaust? I don't want it to be so loud that I get tickets :\
