maf before or after supercharger

Turbulence tends to be the worst problem with it, people generally don't put enough straight pipe before the meter. Mass air meters require a straight flow through the whole tube which generally is harder to create on the pressure side.
Personally I haven't had many problems with them on any of my kits.
And running a bov after the meter will cause you to vent metered air during shift/decelerating conditions. It won't effect drivability when just cruising or when on the throttle. popit style bypass/bov's only open in overboost situations; they are not in an open while cruising/idle unlike roots bypass valves which are open any time the engine is not in boost to equalize pressure for a near non existent parasitic drag on the engine while cruising.
