You probably wont feel a very substantial increase in power unless you are running 100% meth. The main purpose of the methanol/water injection is to act as a chemical intercooler, it will just lower your cylinder temps and help prevent detonation, but it will also increase your octane too while its injecting.

Is it safe to run 100% meth? Ok lets say i do, is it a must to have it tuned?
One more thing, where am buying the kit, the steeda representative told me i should see an increase of up to 70hp, is that true?

oh yeah, since i might get the kit, is it safe to run a 3.30 pulley (around 10-11psi) on the stock motor?

I dont know about running a 10-11 PSI on a stock motor, but im pretty sure that you wont see a 70 HP improvement from just the methanol. As I said the methanol acts as a chemical intercooler, and I have seen people run 100% methanol, you will have to get it tuned when you run a higher percentage of methanol. The only problem is finding the methanol, and it can be a little dangerous if you want to run just 100% due to its flammability. If you want to run around 50/50 you can actually use the blue windshield fluid they sell at auto parts stores, they are simply methanol and water mixed. Here a website with all the details of methanol injection http://www.coolingmist.com/
