Default beginner at nitrous. simple question

I've heard only good things about them and AM is having a sale now on the zex kit. really thinking about getting it. I know ill def need to get a window switch too. could I still run on those bare minimum parts?(plan on only using it at the track until I get all the other parts)
also do i need a tune or can I spray on a stock tune?
also where is a good place to buy bottle warmer, purge kit etc...
really looking forward to getting it, any help is appreciated.

Personally I wouldn't run on a stock tune, I would have it dyno tuned somewhere. As far as components goes, www.dynotunenitrous.com is cheap, but I do not know the quality of their parts.

def. get a tune to get the full potential out of the car. Spray without a tune doesnt do much unless your pushing a big shot

a window switch is not a must, i never use one.

wot switch is the only big deal, and they all have them, either tps or micro doesn't matter.

zex is ok, the plusses are also the drawbacks, but buying brand new you won't have issues. you cannot access the selonoids or nitrous reg because it's encased. easier install... slight drawback if you ever rebuild the selonoids

just check jegs or summit for any parts you need.

i prefer the NOS 5115 dry kit, and edelbrock is exactly the same too, the zex is 90% the exact same thing... just has all the stuff put together for you. eddy kit is more than NOS, zex is about the same

302 cars don't a tune at all, 4.6 has more computer controlled stuff it's a good idea, but under 100 it won't hurt anything... just might act like a 75 instead of 100 due to being a little phat

+1, however why do you like dry more than wet kit? Is it preference, easier install?
