Default slp lm1 or lm2

which system creates the most horsepower since the lm2 have packing?

I don't think the catbacks differ from hp too much, but I could be wrong. I know I love my lm2s.

ya, i agree with the other comment. I dont think there is much of a difference in horsepower. According to SLP the LM1 is louder and thats really it. I have LM2 with a pypes catted xpipe and it is loud as hell.

The 2's have a perforated tube so the inside diameter is slightly smaller but not anything that would effect power. Just choose which ever sounds best to you.

The difference between the two shouldn't be enough to affect power, but if you ever plan on going with an O/R midpipe, I'd suggest the lm2s.

Both are straight throug mufflers but the LM2 is built kinda like a silencer on a gun. Sounds much better then the LM1

And ill admit, I think I'll be switching to an H pipe over the winter. The X pipe is just too loud and raspy. Above 3k it actually sounds kinda ricerish.
