excessive pulley noise

Default excessive pulley noise
hey i gotta p1 procharger on my 00gt. theres a rattling noise comin from the pulley area that coincides with the whistle. is this natural or is something broken or loose?

how bad is the noise. If it isn't too bad this could justthe normal noise from the gear driven S/C.

i mean its not that bad but when i first got it put on it was quieter. it can be annoying and will be if its natural. are you supposed to hear the pullies winding outside of the car?
