Default Holley Supercharger VS. Paxton 1200

I am in the planning stage of a 347 stroker motor. I would like to supercharge it but cant decide between the Holley 174 blower or the paxton 1200 for carbuerated small blocks. Doe any of you guys have experience with these or some advice. Any help is appreciated

I wouldnt run the Holley blower. The postive displacment's instant boost would be great but, with the roots style blower your power band will bell curve and, roots blowers run very very hot. You will see more power, a better power band (IMO), as well as much cooler charge temps at higher boost levels with the Paxton 1200.
