If it's a street/fun car i'd go with a tvs, I haven't talked or read much about tork tech so I can't give you a view on their product. I know they used to use magnusons 5th gen which was not a tvs. tvs > kb. kb > 5th gen. If you get a picture of it, look for a 4th lobe on the rotor. The image on the left of my signature is a picture of what the rotor looks like out of one. The cases look more braced than the older ones aswell.
If you're using it for more of racing than a fun street car i'd say go turbo. Personally I prefer driving a positive displacement s/c'd car around than a turbo car, but it will make less power. Better fuel economy with the roots aswell. The only reason I prefer turbo for my own cars is because I prefer to be the faster peson in a race than have a way more fun car to drive, problem is i never get into races...

tork tech is a good company MY friend is George lewis his saleen is the cover car with the dyno sheet on there web site ..I must say his 2 valve F@#!in FLYs ..it was tuned at Mustang magic on long island ...he is actually a testbedfor them ...as they are one of the only places that have made roots style blowers for 2 valves....580-580 rwhp now ..i believe its got stg 1 N/a cam and 14-15 psi ....MY 03 cobra has 2.80 pully 14psi tune cai mid pipe cat back ....its not even a race my car makes 471-501!!! and we both have m-112 base blowers and close to same boost levels i must say i am impressed if i had a 2 valve this is where i would go for performance KB is great but expensive and in my opinion these guys have not given up on 2valves ..so a TVS 1900 from them should be SICK!!!!! go with tork tech !!! from what i have heard the guys over there are great to deal with too!!!

the blowers may be more street friendly on these cars, but i turned up the boost to just 15psi today and whoa the car is an animal from 60mph. It wont hook under that
