They said they could tune my twin turbos. They said they were meticulous and stood behind their work no matter what. So I made the 350mi. trip, twice, so much for through! Over $3000 spent with them, lodging, car rental, etc. and this is what I got.I have asked them many times over these several months to help me out but they simply ignore my emails. They are even refusing to send me a copy of the tune that cost me so much. More on this at www.Qualityrockers.com/InjectedEngineering.htm The result below, an new engine, turbos and over $12k more.
.Injected Engineering and I have reached a mutual agreement!!!

since they locked me out of the tune while I was there and have refused to send a copy, We wont know for sure till the tune is extracted and evaluated. you can bet from their actions they anticipated a problem and still took my money.
from your page and photos it looks like it was running lean as sin

I am a long time Injected Engineering customer. They have modified my stock 98 Lincoln Mark VIII into a 4000 pound 11 second sleeper over the past few years. Their professionalism, workmanship, integrity, and customer service is second to none.
I have had issues with my build, if you can imagine, trying to hot rod a luxury car that has zero performance parts specifically made for a Lincoln, and Injected Engineering resolved every single issue to my satisfaction.
Aric and Ryan have gone way out of their way to make sure I am happy, and have spent countless hours consulting, researching, and building my dream car. It is very much appreciated too. A lot of thought and time went into my build, and it shows.
I hope this situation can be resolved privately between the parties involved, as Aric and Ryan with Injected Engineering are good people, and the only place I will take my car to be serviced.
PURE BULL **** FROM RYAN The 3man cooporate mouthpiece. They trashed my car without warning or concern and have since refused to right their wrong. Ryan why am I locked out of my tune and you refuse to send a copy?
"Fly above the clouds" That's rich,I guess that makes you the moral tuning fairies.
Sorry, not quite so lofty, those are not clouds you are floating on. They are methane bubbles from all the BS you spew and the asses you rheem.
This happened to a non-member in a non-mustang in a non-sponsor shop.
It sucks and I hate to see shops get away with **** like this, but you each have a side of the story. And I wasn't there to see it, nor is there anything we can do about it.
We will not have any advertising, negative or otherwise, for non-sponsor shops.

I am still waiting for Injected Engineering to make good on this.
there has been a very limited amount of conversation comming from them which, at this point, seems to be a stalling tactic , hoping this issue will die down.
For my part, it will only become more intense untill a resolution is reached.
having read the article they posted, the comments others have made, it seems like they are a reputable shop. Engines break, **** happens, but a day of free labor to tear down your engine and find the problem seems more than fair. Unless the tune was faulty I couldn't see how they are to blame. As for them not releasing the tune to you... Did they tell you it would be released to you when it was tuned? I know some shops wont release certain information they consider to be proprietary - tunes, cam specs, etc....
If thats the case though - you should have asked about it at tuning time or maybe they should have told you then...
