Ok, last question and I'm not sure if anyone is going to know this one. I have landed on doing an h-pipe with Flowmaster Amrican Thunder Kit. I live in INdiana and I have been told that I could get fined if they ask me if I have not cats or they pull me over for that. Is this common? If so, if I get an h-pipe with no cats, can they be moved or anything? I dont want to buy one with cats being taht they are so much more expensive. please advise
