Default 08 GT/CS vs. K&N air filter?

Forgive me MustangForums, for I have sinned. It has been 3 days since my last visit...

Guys is it worth 50 bucks to put a K&N in my recently purchased 08 GT/CS? From what I understand, the air filter is already unique to the CS. Any advice is appreciated. BTW, I did a few searches for K&N under the search link with no matches, what give?

theres nothing unique about the intake on the gt/cs
if youre serious about adding any kind of power to the car the k&n is not the way to go.
i would look into a jlt, c&l, steeda intakes that require you to get a tune..

Ok fair enough. Don't have the time to get serious right now, but in about a year I will, so I have plenty of time to research it. Thanks bud.
