Vortech, what gears?

id go 4.10 for the setup you describe but like mentioned, if you decide you want more power the 4.10s maybe too much.
if it was me, i would gear it after the car is all tuned up. see how much hp you make and compare the hp to other cars with similar hp and see what they run in mph. then do the math. you want the lowest gear possible that will allow you to make it accross the finish line before hitting the rev limiter. in a perfect world, you would cross the finish line with the motor just a couple hundred rpm under the rev limiter. if you do that, you have in theory, the perfect gear ratio for your engine/tranny/suspension/tire combo
this assumes of course your making power all the way to the rev limiter. if you limiter is at 7000rpm but you stop making power at 6250, you have to take that into consideration as well
