Default Vortech SC ? Best Pulley Size for my setup.

Also can I use the Stock Vortech Bypass Valve with the New FMIC..

Adding a FMIC.. 32X12X3.. Would like to go lower on the pulley, and get a way more aggressive tune, now that temps will be down..

Hoping for 390 ish..

3.40" or 3.33".... im goin with the 3.40" and i have the 24x13x3.5 core which should put me close to 10 psi..... your core is abit bigger so maybe the 3.33" for you.... might wanna call vortech though....

what kinda fmic are you using? I used a CXRacing and had to go down to a 2.95 to see 12lbs. I had a 3.33 on there initally and only saw 7 lbs after I installed the intercooler. Saw 10lbs with a 3.60 pulley b/f intercooler install. Also you are going to want to upgrade your bypass valve to something that can move more air. If you dont you will get some mad compressor surge, and thats not good.

I want to get back up to around 10-11 again.. What Kind of power are you making with the intercooler? Any suggestions on the Bypass Valve. Thanks Bri

I love the vortech mini race bypass I have. I dont have any numbers yet, just got everything back together and working. Hope to be at the dyno in the next week or two.

definitely upgrade the bypass or you most likely will get surging. As mentioned above the Vortech mini race is a real nice unit. I ran it with my old setup which was 390/402 and I am running it for my new build. I ran a paxton front mount, power pipe, vortech mini race, and a 3.12 and I was seeing about 12-13.

3.12 is going to get you in the 10-12psi range. 3.33 pulley puts me at 9psi, 10 in really cold weather.
