well, within the next few months my motor will be back together. it will consist of a T trim, stage 3 pi heads, stage 3 blower cams, paxton fmic, 8 rib, bolt ons, 9.5:1 compression motor with forged internals, etc. I was originally planning on going with the AIS stage 2 trunk mount meth kit, but one of my buddies was telling me that with the fmic I have he doesnt even think it is necessary to run a meth kit. What are your takes on this? thanks

meth/water injection helps in two ways. 1, it cools the air charge and 2, it adds octane to the fuel mixture. with the IC, the hp gains from the meth's cooling abilities will be less then if you didnt have the IC but your still gaining a shot of higher octane so your tuner can run a more aggressive timing curve which means more power.

thats exactly what i thought. i knew it wasnt going to be a huge power adder source considering i already have the front mount, and i figured it would basically be just like running race gas which in turn i can run more boost and run an even more aggressive tune, correct? if thats the case, I'll definitely do it
