I have a bone stock 1993 GT. just wanted to know what brand should i go? I dont want some after market exhaust sound to loud. Just a nice rumble. Any input would be nice....

i got flowmasters w/ the last cats removed and turndowns, when i bought her she had the flows w/cats and tips and it was like stock (not much low rumble but some sound) and now she has just enough low rumble to her (esp. at low rpm) to realize our driving a stang, even at WOT she isnt too loud, i have heard better sound (esp. from magnaflow) but the borla is also a good low tone muffler, it all depends on wat u want and how much u want to spend.

don't go chokemaster, they drone, I've never run across a set that didn't drone, and generally (at least in my climate) you can plan on buying a new set in about two years because they rust out. Admittedly I've never even heard a borla mustang but I love dynomax and the way they sound.

When I got my car and it was bone stock the first thing I did was put on an offroad xpipe and 40 series flowmaster exhaust. I love the sound of them.
