Default Pypes Pype bombs

ok, so I am about to pull the trigger on this purchase. I would like some opinions first. Are they a good purchase? I am wanting a nice rumble and like it loud.

I purchased them this summer, they are much louder overall then the stock mufflers(the rest of my exhaust system is still stock) and they really get loud at about 2800rpm. Though if your cruising, the drone is kind of loud, but can easily be drowned out by the music if it bugs you.

I'm still looking to go louder though..

Roush cat-backs are louder and a bit deeper IMO. I had them on my 08 and my friend has an 08 with the Pypes so we were able to compare side by side. His drone a lot. When I put a different cam in though the Roush got too loud for me. Now I have the FR 500S and no drone but nice deep sound. Quieter than the Roush, louder than my stock Bullitt mufflers. At some point it becomes subjective but my search is over. It was a long one...
