Default Pipes and headers...

Ok so I have a 2003 Mustang Gt. I recently put on a SLP LOUDMOUTH exhaust catback... And im looking at getting headers and an X-pipe for it as well... I would like for it to remain legal too. Lol. But what kind of x-pipe and headers would you recomend to make it sound as nice as possible. Thank You

Wuz up,I've got bbk shorty headers with a off-road x pipe and magnaflows at the moment ,bout to change to 10 series flows as soon as they come in...I could tell a diff in sound when I installed the headers ,gave it deeper mustang sound...picked up about 3 tenths in the quarter also,

Well if you want to keep it smog legal than yeah you're gonna need cats.. Magnaflow makes very nice x and h pipes, I recommend x-pipes for the throaty sound.. As for LT's, BBK is good but why not just get some SLP LT's, unless you don't have the money to spend. I like SLP for sound..

The long tube headers would sound awesome,I did the shortys bcause there jus easier to install and a little cheaper,I will eventually get long tubes but Im happy with the gains I got with the shorty. The cated X pipe will be a good choice...when Im done with mine Im going to post to youtube to c wat folks think,,u should do the same..
