ProCharger Install Issue
#21
I think ur right and the angle of the inlet/outlet side is incorrect. Since only air comes out of that side would it be ok for me to rotate? If that was rotated by one turn everything would line up

You mean rotating the inlet/outlet housing? I would try to talk with ATI about that first. I'm certainly no expert on taking apart your blower. :-) And I wouldn't want to give you the wrong advice.

Thanks for the support guys. I rotated the inlet/outlet and its much better now. I have no clearance issues & I was even able to reuse the ripped elbow! I had enough room to clamp down after the rip and I'm good to go!
I didn't want to wait for ATI because while it was a new install I bought it back in 2010. Not to mention i may have had to ship it back to them and its not a light piece. It looked simple enough for me to do and it turns out it was really simple to fix. I just wish I did that in the beginning. I also found the oil drain plug....holy crap that's going to be a PITA to do. I wish it had an attached tube like the Vortech

Awesome! Glad you got it fixed. While the oil drain plug is underneath, it's pretty easy to reach with a socket. You just have to concoct a drain catch tube. Keep us posted.
