Trying to install NX plate kit on 2012 5.0

Trying to install NX plate kit on 2012 5.0
Ok so me and a buddy have been installing the kit, and I have everything hooked up except nitrous bottle, but bottle is mounted. When I arm the system the relay box led light keeps blinking green, even when you go wot, was off just testing system. And I have the correct wiring going to the factory harness. So i don't know what I need to do. Any Ideas on what my problem is?
