ordered the slp axel back for my 2014 gt, and just not happy. The drone is pretty bad at 2K rpm as most have stated, but what i really dont like is the "jack hammeringness" (for lack of a better word) after like 3500K Rpm. The exhaust doesnt have a distinct crisp sound, just loud. Dont get me wrong, i want the exhaust to be loud, but it needs to have definition..

Everyone says good things about the roush AB but it seems very raspy online. The borla s type AB seems good too.. any opinions?

I want the car to sound like classic muscle. deep, no drone, and no raspyness.

Have you listened to any Bassani clips? I've always found they make a great exhaust - but unfortunately only have the AxleBack system for S197. Still love that Bassani sound!

I had SLP on my 06 they were nice but raspy. I have the Pype bombs on my 13. not raspy but it still drones at certain RPM...but i dont mind the drone
