Default Exhaust difference 5.0 vs 3.7

What is the difference between the 5.0 and 3.7 cat back exhaust that you can't use a 5.0 on a 3.7?

If you wanted to install it, you would need a reducer.

That was basically the difference between the Charger V6 and V8 dual exhausts.
If you wanted to use the V8's, you needed two reducers.
