It helps to protect the wire and its harder to run it under the car. you would have to put alot of holes in the underside of the car to hold the wire up. holes like to rust under the car. I dont want rust because the car is still mint. I did it the same way I would run an amp power wire.

Looks great!!! I ran mine throgh the car as well. But do yourself a favor and get one of these instead of the one you got. It looks much nicer!!



It's made of billet aluminum. Expensive though. $140.00 shipped.

Ok a couple things:

[ul][*] Where are you grounding off of?[*] If you are to run at the track, you WILL need a battery shutoff switch mounted in clear view.
I have mine mounted behind the plate, completely covers the switch and isn't noticeable. I remove the plate at the track and wallah.[*] Track officials may also bitch because it's not in an enclosed case with vent tube(unless you get a gel cel)

the battery didnt come tobay but they sead "It will be in soon" they also sead they hope it will be there tomorrow! I got my fingers crossed

I guess that they are having problems getting the Yellow top in right now but they have the Blue top in stock. They are the same thing but the Blue top is for marine the Yellow top is Commercial.
