The car is a 1994 Mustang GT 5 spd, with 140k on it. I've only had it since june and I'm the third owner. I'm only getting rid of it because I simply can't afford the gas, and can't afford the car cause I seem to want to spend every penny I make on it. Therefore, i'm likely getting a commuter car for now.

Good Things about car:
-New rear end with new axel shafts, master bearing kit, trac lok rebuild kit, and 3:73 gears.
-New Coil
-New Harmonic Balancer
-New plugs and wires
-New cap and rotor
-New IAC
-4 practically new Kumho tires
-4 new 17X8 graphite bullit wheels
-New Water Pump
-Magnaflow Catback exhaust, MAC cai, MAC O/R x pipe (can put factory H back on for smog in CA if you need.)
-New windshield, alarm, and window tint
-New Pioneer 6x8 speakers in rear
-Motor still in good shape, just checked the compression today.
-Paint still in fairly decent shape
-New headlights, including new silverstar bulbs
-New brake pads and rotors

Bad Things about car:
-Will need new clutch soon
-Needs a new heater core(have the lines rerouted)
-The rear main seal on the engine leaks a small amount, but that can be fixed when a new clutch is put in.
-Needs new carpet

I am asking 4,500 for it or best offer. Want to sell quick, so I can get another vehicle. Overall a pretty good car, just needs some minor things. I live in Vista, California.
