how much HP can block handle?
sounds like deal with 3yr 36K mile warrenty
That is a pretty subjective question, but will do my best to answer. With a good tune we have seen engines make bewteen 450-500rwhp when using underdrive pulleys to bring the boost down to 8-10 psi with a GT500 fuel pump. This approach seems to be working the best. The block itself can handle over 700hp, the rods and pistons usually are what decide to let go if they are not forged.
If you run the the kit the way it comes in the box you would be making about 575rwhp at 15+psi with out underdriving the blower to slow it down, not recommended on the factory engine, although it has been done, and mid 10's were seen at the track.
